Refund and Returns Policy
Customers may request a refund within 72 hours of placing an order. However, once the order processing has begun, refunds will no longer be accepted.
As products are sourced through bulk purchasing to offer discounted prices, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after processing has started.
If any product is found defective at the time of delivery, we will take appropriate action according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products will receive warranty support as per our Warranty Policy. Please refer to the warranty section for the applicable warranty period and terms.
Since payment gateways deduct a non-refundable processing fee, any approved refund—whether due to order cancellation or customer request—will be issued after deducting the payment processing fee.
If a specific product page includes its own return or refund policy, that policy will take precedence over the general policy stated here.
